In 2024, South Platte Construction Group completed a full remodel of the existing clubhouse at Westlake Greens Apartments. The project required extensive structural steel work and excavation for new plumbing, along with close coordination between the client, their design team, and an engineer. Working together, SPCG relocated underground plumbing, made significant structural modifications, added new windows and doors, and installed low voltage and data systems. Through careful value engineering, our team delivered a fully upgraded, functional, and modernized clubhouse that enhances the community experience for residents.
