SPCG was retained to rebuild two apartment units that had undergone full methamphetamine contamination remediation. Following the abatement process, the units were stripped to the studs. SPCG coordinated all aspects of reconstruction, working closely with the client to replicate the original design and finishes, including matching kitchen cabinetry, layout, and material specifications to pre-loss conditions. The project also required complete replacement of the HVAC system, including new ducting, equipment installation, and AC recharging to meet current mechanical standards. The result was a seamless restoration that met both health safety requirements and the client’s expectations for quality and continuity across the property.
