Truestile Doors, LLC

SPCG was engaged as a building consultant for Truestile Doors, LLC following a property loss hail event. Our team conducted multiple on-site assessments, including detailed photographic documentation and field measurements, to evaluate the extent of damage. We collaborated closely with the client’s insurance carrier, FM Global, and their consulting engineer, MKA, over several months to accurately determine the scope and magnitude of the loss. SPCG then assisted the client in defining repair specifications and product selections, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and performance standards. Finally, we facilitated the RFP and bidding process, coordinating with local general contractors to solicit competitive bids and guide the project toward an efficient and well-documented resolution.
