Remington at Lone Tree Apartments

The Remington at Lone Tree project involved a comprehensive rehabilitation of the property’s building envelope to address long-term water intrusion and structural deterioration. Our team collaborated with UBS, Lincoln Property Company, and Marx | Okubo to develop and execute a restoration plan that enhanced durability, safety, and appearance while maintaining resident access throughout construction.

Scope of work included fabrication and installation of perimeter metal flashing on all building bodies, decks, and landings; full property repainting; and structural reconstruction of approximately 40 decks and 50 chimneys. Additional roofing, drainage, traffic coating and gutter repairs were completed to improve long-term performance.

The project achieved substantial completion one month ahead of schedule, demonstrating efficient coordination, proactive communication, and commitment to quality workmanship.
