Following a significant building fire and explosion at Weyerhaeuser’s Columbia Falls facility, our team was engaged as the insurance restoration consultant to assess, document, and quantify the resulting damage. We worked closely with Weyerhaeuser management and MKA’s construction and engineering to develop a comprehensive repair scope and accurate cost estimate that addressed both structural and operational impacts.

The project presented unique challenges due to its remote location, limited site accessibility and 24/7 operations.  Through careful planning, collaboration, and efficient field coordination, the assessment and documentation process was completed, providing the client with clear, defensible data to expedite recovery and reconstruction planning.
