Last year we completed a full remodel of the clubhouse at Westlake Greens Apartments. The project required extensive structural steel work and excavation for new plumbing, along with close coordination between the client, their design team, and an engineer. Our team managed every step of the process to deliver a fully upgraded, functional, and modernized clubhouse that enhances the community experience for residents.
